CHRIS DANIELSON

SALES | CDANIELSON@GTHI.COM
Chris Danielson has been working as the National Climbing Wall Representative since 2006. He helped build the eGrips brand by infusing a professional approach and top level customer service. Since 2008 Chris has directed eGrips sales globally and continues to work to increase the eGrips brand profile internationally. He is a true climbing hold aficionado and whether dealing with major distributors, commercial climbing walls, or home gyms, he works to help get customers what they most want in climbing holds and share his own passion for the routesetting craft.

Based in Boulder with his business Thread Climbing, Chris is also a top professional consultant in the climbing wall industry and one of the most experienced and accomplished competition routesetters in the world. He has worked at over 50 major national and international competitions in the US and oversees routesetting for USA Climbing. He is the only active IFSC certified International Routesetter from North America and also serves as Chairman of the Rules Committee of USA Climbing. When not working, climbing, or staring at a wall making up boulder problems, Chris may be found watching movies, playing Tetris, or walking along the rocks of coastal Maine.

CHRIS KLINKE

PRESIDENT | CKLINKE@GTHI.COM
As President, Chris brings a history of Leadership and Development to the eGrips brand. Chris was a VP for a large fortune 50 Financial Services organization. After walking away from his life in Michigan he chose to pack his bags and travel the world. After a year of adventure he decided it wasn’t enough. That’s when he chose to experience the world from the tallest mountain, Mt. Everest. After 7 years of guiding some of the world’s largest mountains, he realized he could combine his everlasting passion for the mountains while building a career with his business knowledge. Even with his role as Presidentfor eGrips and Trango, he still manages time to climb into his oxygen tent, jump into his mountaineering gear and guide a crew to summit Everest while working from his satellite Wi-Fi at base camp.

DREW EAKINS

Drew is our resident storyteller. He spends his days exploring the most compelling eGrips stories and finding creative ways to bring them to you through our website, writing, and photography. He fell in love with climbing during college and made the jobless jump to Colorado in search of access to rocks and powder. Prior to his time at eGrips he pulled the marketing strings for climbing non-profits, collegiate athletics, and the NFL.

SCOTT OSSIM

GYM SERVICES | sossim@gthi.com
After joining the eGrips team at the start of 2018, Scott moved from Grand Rapids, MI to the Front Range near Boulder, CO. Through his work with collegiate clubs and Evo Indianapolis, Scott became passionate about connecting with climbers at all levels. Now he works alongside climbing gyms and retail customers to get eGrips holds out-of-the-mold and onto-the-wall, so that people can sharpen their climbing confidence. When he's not working with eGrips customers, Scott can be found leaning against the crash pads at any Boulder-area gym, or exploring outdoor routes along Boulder Canyon and the Flatirons.
