How long before my order ships?

In-stock items: We process orders Monday through Friday only. Most orders received before 12:00 PM MST will be processed the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM MST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 12:00 PM MST will be processed the following Monday. We strive to ship all in-stock orders within 2-3 business days following processing.

Custom pours: Holds that are not in stock will be custom poured and produced upon order. This process typically takes 2 weeks from time of order. If you entered an email address on your order, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has shipped when it is completed. 

What are your available shipping methods?

Shipping within the US is through United Parcel Service (UPS). You have the option of selecting:

  • UPS Ground (1-6 business days)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS Next Day Air

To estimate shipping times for UPS Ground delivery go to the UPS delivery map at: https://www.ups.com/us/en/Home.page and choose ship FROM zip code 80026.

For shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses please contact customer service at (303) 530-3035 or info@trango.com.

For orders within the continental US weighing over 2,000 lbs., you may also choose "freight shipping" at checkout. This option will ring up at $0.00 during initial checkout, and you will contacted by one of our staff with a custom shipping quote to be pain in a separate transaction. Items will not ship unless shipping has been paid.

Shipping within Canada is through United Parcel Service (UPS). You have the option of selecting:

  • UPS Standard
  • UPS Worldwide Saver

Do you offer free shipping?

Unlike gear and shoe orders placed on trango.com, due to the weight and size of climbing hold shipments we are unfortunately unable to offer any free shipping options to customers. We continually monitor shipping rates to ensure we are offering our customers the best rates available to us. 

Return & Warranty Policy

We are proud of the quality of our products. If you are unsatisfied or believe that you have a warranty issue with an item in your order, please contact us at info@trango.com. We are only able to accept returns on holds that are unused and in their original packaging. Warranty claims will be evaluated on an individual basis. In any case, our customer service team will work with you to resolve any issues.
